A new 4 car garage 6inchcement with pex infloor tubing everything super insulated. radiant load calculated at 27685 btu/hr radiant load. would a electric hot water heater of 9 kw handle this figuring 1kw =3412btu/hr. am i missing anything? thanks in advance

has 1 Kw @3438 btu / hr.or 30942btu...Pretty close to was you have. should be fine...got any pictures? kpc0
