I need to replace the furnace on a jet heat hot air system and need design literature for selecting the furnace.

    May I suggest....

A nice boiler and some radiation? Or maybe we could interest you in a Hydro/Air unit, with a couple radiant floors thrown in.

As a rule, we don't think forced air here. As an exception, there are quite a few folks who do both well. Maybe an "airhead:)"(used loosely guys!)will help . Chris

    Jet Heat info?

    David,
To my knowledge Jet Heat was the predesesor to the modern High velocity systems. (do you have small, 2" supply ducts)? It may work to replace the (furmace) with a High velocity air handler tied to an energy efficent boiler as no one makes it in a direct combustion version. Can you post a photo of your furnace so we may help you further.
