Fresh air Exchanger

in THE MAIN WALL
is a nice lady who has had an addition with big picture windows installed and now she has tons of condensation on the windows whenever it gets cold out. I suggested a fresh air heat exchanger to help remove excess moisture, but I have never had to install one. A local supply house sells Aprilaire and Honeywell brands. Is one better than the other? Is there a better brand. How long do they take to install? Thanks for any input. WW
