Pump Sizing

at replacing my current B&G pump (Series 100) and was wondering what criteria to use to size a new one. This pump was used in a one zone whole house setup and has a Teel pump head.

The current pump is getting noisy (Motor bearings) and I am thinking that it may be oversized in that I have since zoned my house into 4 seperate zones with the following piping:

Zone 1- 85 lin ft. 3/4 fin tube and returns

Zone 2- 75 lin ft. 3/4 fin tube and returns

Zone 3- 55 lin ft. 3/4 fin tube and returns

Zone 4- 115 lin ft 3/4 fin tube and returns

Zones 1-3 are one floor up from the boiler, Zone 4 is 2 floors up.

There is approximately 20' of 1 1/4 copper also (Main out and combined return)

I tried B&G's website a couple of times but can't seem to get on so have had no help there.

Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.

Rob
