Beacon Morris K41 toekick heater replacement motor/fan

I have a Beacon Morris K41 toe kick heater that is approx. 13 years old installed in the base of my oak kitchen cabinetry. The original "Brever" motor and/or its bearings burned up. I was able to remove the motor, thermocouple, fan and associated wiring. The 1/2 inch copper pipes remain embedded in the oak cabinetry.
Does anyone know the best way to simply replace the motor, thermocouple, and fan in this unit. The fan is approx 7 inches across and does fit into a duct to blow warm air into the kitchen? Does anyone sell this model K41?? Is there a newer model for sale? Will the newer model motor, thermocouple and fan fit into the K41 duct?
Please advise. Thanks.
