Just did a direct vent 115-28 with BF and specs said flush to 1/4" back from insulating block. Not sure on the standard vented boiler, though

Buderus:Riello Blast tube Dimension
With a Buderus G115-28 boiler how far in should the blast tube be inserted ?0 -
if the 115-28 is the smallest boiler the blast is very long and needs to be inserted all the way in.

The burner comes all set up don't move the plate. The only thing you might have to change is the air. If you did move the plate read the instruction manuel that came with the boiler/burner.
I'm sorry this is only true if you ordered the burner from Buderus.0 -
In the Riello OEM book.....
....the measurement is 3.5" for F3 & chimney and flush for the BF& wall vent:)0
