hot water rad leak stopper?

Can anyone recommend an additive-type leak stopper for hot water radiators? We have a rad that weeps at a couple of the flats held together with threaded nipples. Not too serious (pressurized to 80 psi with 90/10 water/air drops to 60 psi overnight), and may well self-seal when in use.
But better safe than sorry, so we'd like to fix before we re-install. We've done an internet search, and mostly came up with automotive products. There was one product, a chemical leak stopper called "Oxypic", manufactured and distributed by Dunsley Heat in the UK. But it doesn't appear to be available here.
Any recommendations or ideas?
