Blockage in closed loop system?

or it could be something else- like lots of dust or somehting else blocking air flow thru the baseboards.

    blockage in closed loop system

    I have a closed loop hot water boiler system (about 30 years old) with three zones - one for each floor of the house. The main floor developed a problem last winter...the baseboard heaters in two of the rooms stopped working. All other rooms in the zone work fine. Do I need to get a plumber in to bleed the water out of the system? What could have caused a blockage?
