Wow do I like these panels! It has taken away some of the "art" of our normal boards but, Time Is Money.
It took one man 11 hours to pipe what you see here, plus the boiler and hot water-maker. (Which usually takes one guy about a week to two to do.)
The system will consist of 6 radiant zones, three high-temp. baseboard zones, & a hot-water maker w/ priority.
I also what to thank Tim Doran @ Wirsbo for helping me design this bad boy.

Looking good Jamie
I heard about this job from your man up at Wirsbo mini camp. It looks good. I remembered him from the Danfoss panel class in Baltimore last Spring. We couldn't get him to sing anything at Kareoke but it sure looks like he can do some piping. WW

Very nice work
Jamie great job, once again. I had a job last summer to use them and did'nt think about it quick enough.
I love the piping work, really neat and straight. It just jumps out at you.
I am not a fan of bullheaded tee's what do you think ?

Wow, I can not belive you spotted them! They fit the application though, each 3/4" line goes to a radiant manifold which is already too big. I probably could of used 1/2". Worst case I'll end up having to use globe valves.

Nice work, Jamie.
We too, have used a couple of ProPanels (with mixing valves, though) and love the huge time savings they offered. Pretty hard to assemble all of the components and put them together as well as these panels are. Price was is about a wash, but saving 3-4 days on a job is the whole idea.
I have spoken to Tim D. at length about the possibilities of producing panels that will lend themselves to condensing equipment, i.e., direct return, instead of P/S piping. Because once condensing equipment becomes the norm, injection mixing should go away, for the most part.
