Locating a toy

I need help locating a toy pedal car. My town police are looking for us to donate a pedal powered toy truck so they can use it to teach elementary school kids vehicle safety. They have enough for the small kids and want one for the little bit bigger ones. All I can find are tube frame models and would like to find something that can be painted and lettered to look like our service trucks.

Do any of you folks know where we can locate a pedal driven pickup or van??????
