to post a letter here on the Wall that he or she recently sent to a customer. A proposal letter explaining what your company does would be best, and you can remove the names if you'd like. Post it here and we'll give you Wallies a sample of the magic we can work with words. No charge.
We'll take just the first one to post, though. Who wants it?

--------------
Hello! Im Alan Mercurio, and Id welcome the opportunity to help you achieve your business goals. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
I began my career in the heating industry during the 1980s. I worked my way up through the ranks, first as a technician and then as a service manager, all the while keeping a positive attitude (I truly love this business). I founded www.OilTechTalk.com several years ago, and it grew to become the most popular oilheat website on the Internet. This launched my career as an industry author, teacher and consultant. Today, I help companies such as R. W. Beckett, Wayne Combustion Systems (a Scott Fetzer Company), Bacharach, and Honeywell achieve their goals (all use my writing and teaching services).
I was responsible for reviewing and rewriting Chapter 5 of the Petroleum Marketers Association of Americas Oil Heat Technicians Manual, which is also the current National Oilheat Research Alliances Manual. Im especially proud of that because that manual is affecting the lives of so many technicians in such a positive way.
I founded, and am the current President of the Susquehanna Valley Chapter of the National Association of Oilheating Service Managers (proud of that too!). I am also the current Education Chairman for the Chapter. In addition, I serve on NAOHSMS Education Committee, as well as on a National Oilheat Research Alliance sub-committee.
Recently, I wrote two nationally recognized oilheat certification programs and followed this with the publication of my first book, Carry The Torch Life Experiences and Technical Data to Live By. Im currently working on a second book.
A bit about the OilTechTalk.com website. My goal here has always been to make the heating, cooling, and ventilation industries better by providing a place where technicians can share their knowledge and experience in a friendly and caring atmosphere. Through the site, I offer in-house training and consulting that meets the needs of todays technicians and businesses, along with useful tools, books and software that makes technicians lives a bit easier.
With todays rapidly changing technology and the recent adoption of many new State and local codes, the need for ongoing education is apparent, as is the need for manufacturers to develop code-compliant appliances and training programs for their products. I see this as crucial to any manufacturer that wants to achieve or maintain a leadership role in the oilheat industry. I can help you achieve your goals by working with you to deliver to your customers superb training on your products, the systems in which your products operate, and the troubleshooting skills necessary to build your reputation in the field while reducing nuisance returns on products that work, but get sent back nonetheless because a service technician lacked the proper training (its so easy to blame the product). I take especial pride in my seminars because they are so hands-on. Theres a connection between a technicians hands and his brain. As a former technician (and proud to be one), I have the skills to get your message across to the techs. Your company will benefit by my efforts. I promise you that.
I look forward to hearing from you, working with you, and helping you achieve your goals. Thanks for your consideration.
Your friend in the industry,
Alan R. Mercurio
