    The instructors

Jim Roche, who use to do all the Burnham seminars, will be doing some, and Jim Goins, who once worked for Weil-McLain and Peerless, will be doing others.

I used to love to sit in Jim Roche's classes because he would tell stories that went all the way back to the American Standard days. Jim has such broad knowledge and his tangents are as valuable as anything taught in the class. He also used to run a lot of marathons!

Jim Goins runs Heating Illustrated and did all the drawings in the new I=B=R text CLICK HERE. He also wrote the text and his words are every bit as good as his drawings. This guy knows hydronics.

The Hydronics Institute hired Business New Publishing (PM, PMEngineer, Supply House Times, Reeves Journal) to be the managing agent for the new I=B=R schools. That ensures that the schools will be generic and not a sales pitch for any manufacturer. It's good stuff and I encourage you to take this course when it comes to your area. Thanks.

    Hotels

go HERE and click on I=B=R Online Registration. The hotels are in this section.

I'm sure that if there's enough interest they'll bring a class to Maine. Talk it up! Thanks, Richard.

    Actually Richard it's part

    of the 'Lost Territories'.

I teach a lot in VT, but haven't in ME or NH since 1987 or so. I don't know why, it just didn't happen.

I'm talking with some guys in the Portland area now about next year and you never know............

Hopefully if we come up there we will be doing mamy of our existing programs and our new Hydronics Course featuring a book I've been working on for what seems forever. I've finally decided that we can't keep up with the emerging technology. So, I've set a date for that issue and then we rap it up. Anything new after that will go in the Second Edition.

You can check out our Seminars at FiredragonEnt.com

  • WOW - I do not know him

and I thought I knew every plumbing contractor in RI. In fact I also was an instructor at New England Tech. Just goes to show you things can slip through the cracks. I will look forward to sitting in on his class in November and meeting him.

I just checked my state list of plumbing contractors and he is not listed. I guess the state department of regulation missed him.
