Pre-measured pieces/fittings for headers.

It seems to me that every boiler manufacturer should be able to give you a list of fittings and cut pieces/nipples needed to pipe the header on every steam boiler they make.
The only variation being the number of supply tees on the header.
I heard something about Weil-McLain doing something like that but never got confirmation.

Any information out there?

  • Burnham has the list

to pipe their steam boilers in threaded pipe and fittings . They even have the list for a drop header . We got the diagrams with the info packets on the boiler when we first started using them . I'm sure Glenn Stanton can point you in the right direction if you want the list .

    Any boiler

MFG's reading this? I'd like the information as well.
  • Yes

I am. I think that is a good idea. I'll do just that. I'll let the wall know how to find it, as well as the contractors installing steam boilers.

    Do you use Slant/Fin boilers?
