Nobody knows more about boilers than you guys - what brand would you choose for a 1500 sq ft house in New England?
Dunkirk, Burnham, Weil-McLain?
How do you distinguish between them?

Is it
Steam or hot water?0 -
I'd Choose
the Weil Mclain, only cuz I have'nt had much experience working with either of the other two.0 -
none of the above
Energy Kinetics system 2000 for hot water
Peerless ECT series for steam

that's an easy one,
Go with the one the INSTALLER is most comfortable with. Chances are he's got a source for parts that will be nearby, and available. Far more important than brand name. Chris0 -
Buderus Boiler
I have been installing Buderus Boilers for 5 years now. In my estimation it is head and shoulders above those mentioned. The G-115 series with an indirect water heater would be perfect. Call an installer near you who has had experience with these boilers. Good Luck. Dave0
