Unico Hot-Water coil

I am looking to install a hot-water coil on the tail end of a Unico 2430 Air handler. I would need to use a 30% glycol mix witch would give me about 36,000 Btus. The problem I am having is, I do not know how to size my riser or pump.
I do know that I will have a resistance of 16.1 through the coil, 8 GPM, 80 feet one way to the coil, and a flat plate exchanger. Any comments will be greatly appreciated!
