Radiant tube/toilet

Im installing radiant tubing in a bath room renovation.How far around the toilet should I stay away with the tubing?This ofcource if I plan on using a wax ring.Is there a common rule of thumb?

    i would say

    at least a minimum of about 6-8 inches away from the toilet flange

    hold up well in my truck when it's 80+ outside. But, if you think your floor will get to 95 or so you can use a neoprene seal if it makes you feel better :)
    I run the tubing as close as 6" but not over 12" from the flange. Warm toes prolongs the enjoyment of "Field & Stream", et al. Although not a good thing if only toilet in a house with more than one female :) !

    I usually

    stay about 12", and only run the tubing in front of the toilet, and maybe a little on the side. most peoples feet never touch the floor in back of the toilet. that way it keeps my wax from melting.

    I have seen wax that melted from the tubing being too close, and in those cases I would use a quick seal gasket ...no wax!
