p/s loop and boiler

I am trying to plan out a boiler room, but could use some input. The system consists of 4 radiant zones of various temps and 3 zones of high temp base board. The boiler will be gas fired direct vent with an output of approx. 85,000 btu. Hot water will come from a wall hung CONTINUUM by RINNAI (first time using this product). The primary loop will be contained to the boiler room and be controlled with outdoor reset. Should I pipe the loop through the boiler being carefull of minimum temp. Or should I pipe the boiler as a secondary. I am concerned with short cycling of boiler. Space is an issue. Is there a wall hung boiler that would help. I could use an indirect tank and lose the wall hung but they have a high hot water demand and i feel the boiler would be greatly oversized this way. All ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you

    p/s piping

Too many questions to answer without knowing all the system facts, but a comment about the Continuum. It's a great heater and you'll love it. They make a commercial model of this unit that you can use for a boiler. We have two side by side outdoor units, using one as the boiler and the other for hot water.
Be aware the head is high thru these unit and you need at least a 009 or equal circ for your primary loop pump.
    Good luck.
