Has anyone else had this problem???I had a customer today who showed me a line stain on the kitchen floor..It follows the radiant tubing!!I found the inlet temp. @ the manifold 195 deg.F..The Hoffman mixing valve was backed out all the way..Now the temp is about 125 no matter what boiler temp. is..I was told this may be glue stains from the floor..Sound right???She moved in last year and stains were there..House is 10 Y/O...Thanks Richard

Hey Ed
I did adjust the valve and temp. is good..Do you still think the valve is bad if the temp. was allowed to go that High.I am new to radiant I now have Dans book. Thanks Richard0
