plates on top of floor

my job where I plan to install some joist trak plates on top of a floor with 8 inches of 3/4 plywood in between each plate. There will be a hardwood floor on top so I have to go perpendicular to the direction of the hardwood boards so the flooring people have someplace to nail. I have a question though. I have 3 loops in this room, and I don't think I can get into the crawlspace. How do I install the leader tubes to the far loops and still leave a place for the flooring people to nail. Because I would be traveling parallel with their boards. I usually drill down beneath the floor and travel back to the manifold. Not sure how I'm going to make this happen yet. WW

    Are the room dimensions

to large to let the leaders travel in the plates as heat loops? Probably be easier to draw that question :)

Better yet show us a sketch of the room shape and dimensions, including manifold location, and joist direction.

I have also fished PAP 30 feet or more through joist bays without getting under the space. I suppose 1/2" copper rigid with insulation could be used for this also.
