Wondering when the phone will start ringing?

Or wondering if it will ever stop?

Is there such a thing as "too much work"?

Which government agency will grant me more hours in a day and the ability to be in 6 places at once?

    Yeah I know

what you mean. The answer is it's better to have too much work. Last Spring we went through our first dry spell in years and it reminded me what it was like to worry about making the next payroll. At least when it's too much work you can let something go if your mental health is at stake. WW

    too much work

I've been self-employed now for eight + years and still can't figure it out. We've been busy from the get go and no help available to grow, so I'm writing my escape plan. If you ever figure it out, let me know, we'll write a book on it. I've been waiting for it to slow down to no avail. Maybe that's the price you pay for caring enough to be good at what you do. As for me, it's time to put down the wrenches!! I've already given away my service work and have a good company for warranty service, etc. I'm getting selective in my old age, shedding inventory and overhead, and working less....and making more!!!
Best advise I can give you is to dare to be the best and don't try to be all things to all people. It can't be done!
