What is the policy with your companys, and what is offered ?

Does the company pay the whole policy ? Is it split between company and employee ? Is Dental offered, or prescription ?

Just wondering what the general consensus is.

Thanks.

Scott

At Triple Crown, we pay .................

the full monty only after a 1 year probationary period, and if the person is up to snuff. We start them with 1/2 that we pay. Basic prescription....no dental yet. Mad Dog

    insurance

We pay 100% cost almost 700 a month per guy and the blood sucking leaches STILL want more ( the insurance companies not the guys!). I hate insurance companies. They all say they are broke . Then how come they own the most exspensive realestate in Boston? Why don't they move out here to the country where it's cheaper and save us all some money?? Liability is going through the roof too. Something has got to be done to stop the insurance companies and thier friends ,the lawyers, from bankrupting this entire country.
One of my clients is a doctor and his malpractice ins this year is 90K!!!! and he's never had a claim he says the worst part is if he ever does the company will probably dump him. I pay WAY more in insurance than taxes it's just nuts. It's like taxation without representation but to private industry. Say, didn't we start a war over that?....
