Does anyone manufacture a rust proof (plastic?) fin and tube baseboard for insalling near the toilet? Or do I have to put in a urinal for the boys?

first lesson as an apprentice
Was listening to a lady give my old boss a hard time about the rust on the new baseboard we installed. He told her thats not our fault " Thats just poor aim ". It took me a minute to get the point.
I beleive Slant-Fin makes a rust resistant baseboard.
Good luck, and try a funnel

Alkyd Paint
Just paint the bathroom baseboards before you install them. When I was doing my house someone clued me in to that exact issue. The thing is it was after I had done one of my bathrooms, so I only painted the other one. Now I have one rusty one and one that looks brand new still.
Two light coats of alkyd paint applied with an air sprayer came out very nicely, but I suppose a good spray paint would work too.
