Ok I have this friend who has this little, like 500 sq ft cabin/guest house. This house sees very little use but there is a claw foot tub( nice one ) and it is set up very nice. Ok I would like to see what type of a instant hot water heater I could install that would keep up with the tub fill demand and might also be able to do a little heating with baseboard or radiators with. thanks, Mike

any of these itty bitty things will fill a tub but only at their own pace. likewise with basebord. do you math real well and it can work.0 -
Plenty to choose from
Noritz N-063 will give you 3.5 gpm (80° rise)
Takagi, Jr. will give you about the same.
You can do a lot with 3.5 gal. of 130° water, at least in one bathroom.
