clear the fault first. Check incoming gas, see if screen or
orifice is pluged.

    code 14

    I've got a code 14 in a 9 month old Vitodens. Just got back from a roadtrip sending my daughter to USF Tampa and it wont fire.

    I will be going back tomorrow, with tools, before the owners arrive back from their vac...

    Anyhints?
    Have propane, hear the ign cliking, the gas valve cliking open?. the cond trap is clear.

    Is tec support open on sat?

    got it

    just a small adjustment screw that the tec was told shouldn't have to be touched.

    clockwise 1/4 turn+ on the gas valve.
