This a two pipe steam system Steve and I are going to rebuild. It is in a school in Silver Spring, MD. The boiler was replaced with two boilers approximately six years ago. They have had nothing but problems since. Note the condensate pump that feeds into both boilers. Both boilers are also connected below the water line. The welded header is not piped to Burnham specs. No one has touched the traps in over ten years according to the school administrator. What else do you see that is wrong? -DF
