This one in a 5x5 out building built of field stone and cinder block, hot, humid & and at the end of the day it rained. Was on the coast so the radio would jump to 3 different stations.Country,Rap & heavy metal(made me want to buy a dog and a truck, wear my clothes baggy, then break something). Two zones with convectors and a tankless feeding a booster tank.piping was so hack we cut everything back as far as we could just to start straight. Was a sight 2two 200 plus guys in a little room, like bad prison movie.Probably 2 feet bigger than most of Ron's jobs. Jeez , we call that a mansion around here (jk) . That is an amazing improvement Dave . Sometimes when you walk in on an old boiler like that you gotta wonder why someone would hack it in so bad . But then the end result is so much sweeter . Where was the job on the coast ? I get the same problem on my radio when we work up near the Long Island Sound - station jumping all over and no cell phone service .

    Hey Ron........

Coast of Rhode Island,Narragansett to be exact, probably 50 miles by water to Long Island. We found the water meter in that room after the boiler was removed!Yeah looks great after woulds, lady said "I don't know what I'm looking at but I think its beautiful" that was worth the trouble,Dave
