A man to know...

Guys i'd like you to know A good man, His name is Chester Krupa. He started the company i work for about 57 yrs ago bye himself and with polio and a cane. he was old school and belived in working hard and not wasteing time or money.
i have had the privalage to know him and work for him for 15 yrs. the man was tough as nails at work, but i remember one day i was working at his house, there was a problem with the sink and i was there to fix it, at that piont i was there about 10 yrs and his two sons Tom and Mike had taken over, he was home wathing tv i stopped in the tv room to tell i was done and that i was leaving, he said... Why? i told him again that i was finished , he told me to grab a coke and sit down that if i went back they would only find something else for me to do.. so.. i stayed and him and i talked for 2 hours, it was great, he is a good man!!

right now he's in the nursing home they said he may not be with us much longer, and i am very saddened by this.

he did not ever look at a computer, but if you meet him you would know that he was a man of good cariture and was not proud but took pride in his life.

this was the only way i knew to honnor him. was to let the pepole of his peer group that he walked the walk and always did the right thing.... thank you Chet for the thing that you taught me. and for starting the company that i love to work for.......David

Please except my condolences, for both you and the family. Sounds like Chet was a great man and one hell of a company owner. His showing you that there should be more time for "important" things , was a lesson that you should have listened to . Sounds like the industry has lost a great man , and a wonderful teacher.
