Low York in a dentist's office

because the dentist did not know the water had to be shut down for a few hours - he was going to see patients while the boiler was replaced . Today there was no office hours . Which was good because we had to walk through the reception area all day .

The Low York had 3 zones hooked in plus an extra hot and cold going up - 6 pipes going up in that mess . But 2 of them were old radiant pipes that were dead .

  • The Peerless fits in there pretty good

I had to do a little extending to get the boiler drain in a good spot . The jacket top can be taken off to be cleaned , but its a little tricky . If the expansion tank is taken off theres plenty more room for cleaning . With a job like this most of the day is piping , piping and more piping . Installing the flue , burner and wiring probably took less than an hour though - everything is right there to work on .

  • Happy gas

Didn't see any around , but the room the boiler was in was also the X-ray room . I never had to wear a lead shield while working yet . Thanks Paul .
  • After seeing your Buderus install

I think you know how it is to work in tight spots . This job I worked sitting on a bucket 1/2 the day , and on my knees the rest . I'm still recovering , my body can't take many more jobs like that . Thanks Dave .
