My frist Buderus Boiler
Bart
Member Posts: 14
The HX is for a glycol loop and boiler protection, this
board was built on site. We recessed the HX into the board
to keep piping straight,looks neat.
And I did paint everything to match the Buderus, I know,
Don't get out much.

This was fun !!!!
well i did my frist european boiler and i had a blast . the piping had oy go over the boiler because the foot print for the heating sys was only about 4' sq. there was no room to anything else on the left 5 feet away is the elec. panel ,on the right the walk way for the cellar no room for nothing behind it the chimney.
this was a mixed system 3 zones of radiant in the cellings and 2 zones of high temp Baseboard. used the 2107 outdoor reset control.
the H.O. lft this morning on vacation and will be back monday, he's in for a big surprize i think.
all i have to do tomorrow is smoke pipe, wire it and test it. then its done. .... well what do you think?? go ahead be honest( not too honest though) i can take it. cant wait till next week to do another0 -
Good Job
A clean, mean, heatin machine!
Bet your customer appretiates the difference from the old system?0 -
Look's nice Dave
What did you think of the boiler and tank. Any questions or problems with the control?0 -
re:buderus
Nice Job Dave
pre-built boards are alot of FUN also, saves time
and money to assemble in the shop - no running...
Had a great time designing this board, and had alittle
more room than you.
You will notice the tekmar - long story, but that
buderus control is smokin! R2107

alot of wiring, works great with these argo controls.

re:painting
I did paint pumps etc. to match the Buderus blue,
what - ? I dont get out much.
The flat plate is for a glycol loop and boiler protection,
that board was built on site, cut the plywood to recess EXCH
to avoid elbows.
I hear the room is painted and floor tiled now and pex hold
trimmed out, will have to get back for a couple more pics.0 -
What an improvement , Dave
Jeez , the boiler and heater combo look 8 feet tall . Did you do the piping before the Buderus was in place or after ? Beautiful work in a limited space , Dave .0 -
Don't you
paint the walls too!!!LOL....Great looking job!!I see you have a mixing valve w/4 zone valves, what type of heat in those zones??Is it in floor down the line??I see no pex..Just nosey!! Thanks Rich0
