we did it !!

in THE MAIN WALL
Well the good news is here! We did it ! We had our frist in house training. with a outside rep. this was great we had all 10 men there, we had the Buderus Boiler rep. Mr Charlie Smith there he did a great job!! we all learned alot from him and he was fun to listen to. we covered all the controls and burnners for the boiler,

this is just the begining, i hope to see more of this happenning, i have been trying for a long time to get this to go. and plan on seeing more of this.

i belive for our trade to grow is to share the infomation with others. it makes us all better for it

    Mr smith is number one. But I think Buderus should send him for flying lessons and get him a helicopter. He could make more training stops that way.
