1 pipe steam return

need to move 1 1 /4" dry return on 1 pipe steam boiler. Can I use copper for new dry return or do I need to make it a wet return when using copper. If I go copper should I use brass nipples to reduce electrolysis.

What do you mean by move?

remember you need to have pitch, no need for brass if using copper. But you would be wise using black pipe. John@Reliable
