Looks REALLY good and given honest answers should go a LONG way in helping both you and the customer balance need, desire and cost.
Only thing I noticed "missing" was finding out if they expect to be able to make gross changes in floor coverings at will. Styles change FREQUENTLY and while hardwood is again in vogue, I'm actually seeing an increasing selection of thick shag carpet in stores again...0 -

One of the things I do is give them a copy of the RPA Flooring Guide. After they look at it, they understand. Or else they have some more questions for me. Any time I can get the homeowner to become an active part of the design team, it's a beautiful thing.
