A reminder about upcoming Seminars!!! last call for the 2-day Professional Service Managers seminars scheduled in Armonk NY, July 23-24 - this seminar is full, but we've still got a couple of seats for the seminar to be held in Manchester, NH July 30-31st. This is an excellent course for those of you just moving up into this position, aspiring to the position of professional service management or for inside staff that need to understand and learn the financial side of the business. These courses will earn those in the certification program 14 NORA CEU's.
Then in August weve got Carol Fey coming back to the area. Shell be in Mansfield, MA August 12, Portsmouth, NH the 13th and W. Lebanon, NH on the 14th. Carol is an excellent trainer and she has a way of teaching basic electricity that even I can understand! For you folks in New England, show your support for NAOHSM by sending your technicians to this excellent seminar and it is also a great way for them to earn 7 NORA CEU's at the same time!
And then there is more education on the way . .
