thanks for the info. did a web search last night and found the IGSHPA. also found many manufacturers, so wasn't sure who to go through!

what manufacturer
has good training on geothermal?? new position will require me to learn geothermal (installation, maintenence Etc.), but need to know where to go to learn!

If your company only handles one manufacturer, you are stuck, of course. You seem to have options...so go to IGSHPA for starters. Their 3-day session will get you familiar with their basic information set (show you where to find data if you need it). Do a web search.
Stay away from manufacturer specific training unless you are handling the product exclusively.
As always...handling only one brand or manufacturer is not the best way to serve the consumer. The consumer needs options...not a manufacturer's rep in a contractor's uniform. JMHO, of course.---Mi39ke0
