We just finished laying in the tubing on a job in Berkeley where there is no attic or basement. I had asked the contractor to install some conduit for our thermostat wire, but it hadn't been done by the time we got on the job, so we did it ouselves.............in PEX.

After all the tubing
is installed, the owner comes up to the general contractor and tells him he wants a hydronic towel warmer installed. Uh, no problem (I hope this works)!
We pulled the bathroom loop into a wall, adapted to copper, installed a couple of venturi tees and then back down into the floor.
