A nice little panel work done by JCA. We are now getting pretty good at this. Chris built this in the shop and then brought it to the job site. Burnham boiler was a Gas Co. freebie ( ya right ). This was the job we installed the radiant around the deck of the tub.

We had pretty much a free hand to install what we thought the owner should have. A little radiant, a little Runtal, a towel warmer here, some baseboard there. Nice job.

I hope all my Wallie friends have a Wonderfull Fourth of July. Fly the flag, hug your kids, Remember how unbeilivabley lucky we are to be born in this Great country.

What's the configuration of that last pump and loop off to the side? Is that end pump a primary circ. pump?

Who makes those hangers you have anchored into the wall. They look like they will support a fair amount of weight. I'm not following what's going on with that last pump either. From here (in falmouth) it looks like maybe an injection loop? But I'm not following what's going on with the mix valve downstream of the pump?

    Kinda dumb question

Would you please explain how what I think is a 3 way tee mixer on the lower right of the picture works. Is the pump off the primary loop sending some flow down to the top of the tee depending on secondary loop desired temp? I'm guessing the return inlet is to the right and outlet must be to the left back to the primary. I usually see the 3 way on an inlet to a pump off the primary so I'm trying to understand what must be a well thought out design. Thanks

    Sweet!

Very nice detail. I'd sure like to see that nice tekmar and other electrical in the upper right hand corner of the panel :)
How about some nice, large, proudly displayed company labels on the panel?

    O.K. everybody has good eyes

I actually did this to see if you would catch it !

    No ?

O.K. we screwed up .... the pumps in the wrong location.

And yes I think the electrician put the Tekamr in a bad spot also. I think our next step is to Prewire these panels at our shop.

Photos on the wall are great for all of us to learn. I guess this one I did the learning.

    Thanks Guys

Is this the Primary Circ Pump????

    Yes

We found that with climate panel the other circs could rob the radiant of flow . These two are wired together so not really a primary loop.
