Looking for a picture

Several months ago someone attached a picture of a heat exchanger which was pre-pipe at the shop for a radiant floor system connected to a water heater. This unit was built on a bench using unistrut ready to mount and connect the panel to the heater. If anyone has pictures to share I would appreciate it. I am looking for any ideas to share with others on how to simplify the system, make it compact and reduce labor on the job site. Any ideas would be appreciated...I should have started a picture book months ago. I lost track of a lot of good ideas... thanks...

A couple thoughts
I think hb posted a system like you are describing.
I build some of mine right on the side of the heater in the shop. All my Polaris jobs are built this way. I'm going to up size the piping and take some bends out to see if this plate type HX will thermosiphon.
I have also played aroung with some home built HXs. This long tube is a spin off from the solar and wood furnace industry. been around for years.
Solar Today has an ad for a clever double wall HX that goes right into one of the water heater top taps. Not sure of the rating, but certainly a simple install! Butler Sun Solutions 858-259-8895
Danfoss has possibly the nicest moduluar HX panel. Think Wirsbo will offer them soon also. Check with other radiant companies. I recall seeing an IPEX (kitec) panel also.

Home made HX
James,
You have probably seen this one before. They are really easy to make.
