Henniker is where I grew up and went to school. Most of the boilers I have put in are in Henniker.

Nice pipework, Bryant! I love to look at your work. Keep it up.

Absolutely one of the best I've ever seen.........

You really are damn!!!!!!!! good. You have inspired me to be even better. We have all found a serious contender. Hey Dan, how about you have a little contest every year.....you know, like P&M and RPA have. The categories could be: Neatest, most technical, wildest, most economical, most extravagant, you can categorize it in to best commercial steam boiler, best residential radiant, best snowmelt..........whacha think........Tank

I agree alot of money and time good be saved. But we do alot of radiant heat and we really don't get priced out.People that hire us have seen our work before and this is what they want in their basement and plus this looks a whole lot nicer.when the day is done we sit back for a half an hour or so figure out what we are doing the next day and enjoy loooking at what we did today.

    Excellent craftmanship

    how many hours?

Do you consider insulating any of the copper? Seems with that window nearby, and insulation above, you will lose considerable heat from that expanse of copper :)

    Thanks for sharing.

    Awsome piping

That is one awsome piping job! It looks like a new house. Just one question. After spending all the money for that great looking installation, how is the homeowner going to cool/dehumidify that new house in the summer?
  • Not sure you know where he is...

Air conditioning is used one or two days a year, there. New Hampshire doesn't have a huge cooling demand. Most houses have none, some have window units, and the McMansions for the New NH people have central air. Not that they need to use it.

Bryant, what road is this house on?

i really Dont like the thought of insulating all that pipe and covering up all our work,so instead we have a Blower unit that sends that extra heat inthat room up to the living room.once the boiler room reaches 70 degrees the blower motor turns on and dumps that heat.

    hotrod-how many hours

way to many-i'm guessing but i think just in the header,
tying in the radiant, oil tank ,boiler and misc. every thing but running the tubing about 80 hrs.don't know if that is good or bad .it's a ton of work.
  • Thanks

    I know that area well.

    Competion in alton

thanks,I Don't Think were in competion i did one job in meradith. It was in eagles nest or something to that nature, some awfully nice houses carved into the side of a mountain.cost him 120,000 for the lot and another 375,000 to build the house.just sold for 1,600,000 not to bad i didn't charge enough for that job.when i was piping that guys boiler he called me because he heard i was sick and didn't want me working on his boiler because he was afraid it wasn't going to look as good as the one that he saw.so it's nice to do work like this and to be know for doing that type of work. The hard thing is -is when you have 1 year worth of work in front of you and a month to do it all in , is to continue to do work like this and not cut corners.again thanks for the comment
