I would like to EDR rating or btu/hr of 5" x 2 3/4" 1 1/4" iron tube. 40 fins per ft. total of 8 sections 10' 8" in length. No manufactures name can be found. The purpose of this information is to determine if the replacement boiler was sized correctly.

Phil, this should be close
4 x 4-1/4" fins on 1-1/4" steel pipe, 40 fins per foot:
With no cover: 1200 BTU/foot
With Expanded Metal Cover: 1210 BTU/ft
With Flat Top Cover: 1080 BTU/ft
With Sloping or Flat-Top Enclosure: 1220 BTU/ft.
