Sources for nice steam pipe insulation 3 to 6 inch?

Guys, anybody know the best sources, etc. for pipe insulation? I'm working on a large residential steam job with 6 inch and 4 inch pipes, flanges, etc., all old stuff having been removed Anybody got a source or insight into installing (or having installed) that nice, seemingly seamless insulation like they have at the airport and at the refinery on the way to the airport. The white nice stuff?
Maybe a specialist will be needed, but I'd prefer to do it myself if you guys know where to buy the stuff. Thanks, we're in Philadelphia, PA

pipe insulation
We almost always hire this kind of work done...simply can't afford not to..can't do it as economically as the experts can. When we do a small job ourselves, we buy it form the same guy we hire to do it. He's glad to provide the product to us, 'cause he knows we use him for the big stuff...

Mark,
keep us posted on your progress. These are some of the sizes of insulation that are going to be affected by the shortage caused by the Johns Manville fire.
I agree with the comment that you may be better off letting this out to a pipe insulating contractor.

pipe insulation
Call a company by the name of E.J. Bartells co. in Seattle and find out the name of the manufacturer of their pipe insulation, then you can find a local rep in your area from the mfr. They carry the white paper coated steam pipe insulation and the plastic elbow covers etc.0 -
Another source
is www.techlite.net They offer various jacket styles, will ship small custom orders and will build virtually any size you need. Seems a little friendlier to work with as it is a melamine based product. Here are some samples of the PVC jacketed 879 product I use for boiler room piping. It really spifs up a job for a little extra cash.

after your earlier suggestion I mentioned this product to our insulator, He told me that this product is three times the cost of regular fiberglass. Have you done a cost comparison?
He said he's used it on special situations and will use it again if fiberglass becomes scarce. Could it be that shipping adds to the initial cost? We are located in Mass.0
