Got a very good friend who has had it withe the long Island rat Race and is packin' it in. He is a licensed master plumber, a very good steam guy (used to make his own orifices)and just a great all around guy. He's moving down your way and will be looking to find work either in a school district, major university, or big hospital. The guy knows his stuff, and I'll vouch for his good character. He's about 48-50 and strong as a bull, but he's just looking for a nice maintenance or house plumber type job...Maybe a high pressure steam boiler operator or something . This guy is very capable.
