Question on Infloor Heat Inc. Manifold Assembly?

Went out to a jobsight that we have done the design on the existing system and the addition. The existing system has 2 Infloor Heat Inc. Manifold that have a pump mounted on them with what looks to be a mixing devise with a 24 v power relay, boiler end switch, and thermostat connection. My question on this is that I need to insure that this is truly a mixing devise. I am re-doing the mechanical room with a 311 Pro Panel were as the mixing side will be handling the new construction and I can use the boiler demand to send 180 degree water out to these existing manifold. Anyone that has information on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Brett

Infloor Manifolds
http://www.infloor.com/
is their site. I wish you well.
I never liked these manifolds. Nice idea, but poorly executed. Hate that cheap rod/spring assembly.
Just my 0.02 worth.
Good Luck
