Meeker Mansion demo Day1-PGP

Started the Meeker Mansion restoration in Puyallup, WA. today. It took 4 hours to drain down and remove the old AOSmith boiler. We'll pour the new boiler pad next week and begin the radiator revalving at that time. We're also producing a video documentary of the project, and of the history of the home. You can be sure, the new boiler system will not look like this! This is a challenging job, and we intend to have some fun doing it.

Staged boilers

We'll be using (2) Viessmann Vitogas 100 boilers staged with a Vitotronic 200, lead/lag control on a 4 way mixing valve.
