in THE MAIN WALL
When I had my business I took pictures of all of my installs. Tonight I had a call from one of my customers from 7 yrs ago. They had a cell phone and I had a picture of the boiler and all of the valves. I coached him through a couple of tests and told him what to shut off. It appears that the indirect coil is leaking from the domestic side into the boiler side and dumping the relief at the boiler.
