    I can't remember if these had a fit-all type of adapter at the stem connection or not though.

    Try Van Dyke's. They've surprised me with some of the stuff that they have. I found a replacement table leaf support for a 130-year-old kitchen table I have that I was sure I was going to have to copy by sand casting a new one using the one I had (I needed two) as the template.
