Hey Hot Rod
Missed your post about your swedge joints!!Was it quicker??Any cracking of the tubing??Does M pipe swedge with any problems??Is it faster when you get used to it?? Thanks Richard0 -
Swedge options
To use the hand one you need to heat and soften the tube.
This nifty REMS electric one will swedge with just a squeeze of the trigger without softening, although the tube gets smokin hot while it expands:) (wish it were cordless) It also doubles as a tee puller.

Is This
the same as swaging soft copper?
I'm just curious, is it called swedging because the tube does not have to be softend?0
