135 degree corners.

Does Burnham make a 135 degree corner for their Baseray?

I cn't get to their website at the moment--a part number would be helpful.

    mitre corners

I have made them with Burnham 12" or 18" splice pieces. Cut the angle and welded them with my wire feeder. Then used bondo to get a smooth finish. Did a house that had quite a few bay windows, worked well. SEE POST BELOW FOR PICS AS REQUESTED

How about scribing top plates to limestone walls?

    Baseray

How about some pics of baseray scribed to a limestone wall?
I ran 'em thru a chapel, TV room, Computer room, and laundry in a religious order dormitory type house. The monoflow bsmt rads just were'nt cutting it for specific use rooms. I added two basement zones to a real unique 1920's gravity HW (since converted) system. Six inch express riser to attic and downfeed distribution thru house. Awesome Deadmen hydronics.
Hope the pics are OK. Scanned 35mm and my first wall attachments.

    Great Looking Job!

Don't you wish more people could see it? I mean at a monastary or convent they aren't exactly known for a lot of traffic moving through! Great Job. Kevin

    Scribe Job

Actually I think there's a new group of students through there every year tho I doubt too many wetheads in this religious order. I priced copper fin too but told Father Larry he would be doing the old place a disservice to connect that c..p to such a fine old system. He agreed and I piped all without a stitch of copper. Even took an old wall hung from the coach house and hung it from the laundry room cieling. No wall space for BB's. I piped a bypass becouse that big guy will really throw some heat. Heres that one going up
