on Wednesday. That is, the Hudson Valley Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspector's Historic Homes Seminar and his Steam speach was a huge success. The evaluation sheets which rated speakers from 1-10 (1=bad 10=great) came in with a couple of 8's, some 9s, mostly 10s and one 15! There was also more than one positive written comment about him. "Give him more time!" and "He's great!"

My friend Claire met him and said, "I'd buy anything he wants to sell me. He's SO enthusiatic."

And he did a good job in promoting this website and Dan's books. I TOLD YOU Dan! You should have gotten a vendor table, you would have racked up.
