Frankenboiler Buffer

putting this waste oil boiler package together for a 10,000 ft. truck repair shop. I have some wide mismatch load issues, zone one is 210,000 BTU/hr zone two is 23,000 BTU/hr.
I slung a 115 gallon insulated tank below the boiler for a buffer. A 40 degree delta t for the tank/ boiler, which is the max the manufacture will allow me. The wide delta tee allowed me to pipe the boiler and buffer tank loop in 1-1/4".
A Grundfos Miximiser will "mini tube" to the shop manifold.

Clean burn units
We've been through their factory certification for servicing their equipment. Interesting stuff, but be careful when cleaning the Clean Burn boilers - there's lots of heavy metals in waste oil. A full body suit and respirator are warranted.

thanks for the tip
The Clean Burn factory guy will come down for the start up and maintenance training. My very first oil boiler, much less waste oil.
I think these are manufactured in your neck of the woods??
Not sure how I will get this 1500 lbs of steel to the job, and into place!

In Lancaster, PA. The best waste oil heaters on the market, IMHO. Set up is easy, but the owners must be educated about checking the flame as the oil mix changes or they'll burn through the target wall. They work kinda like spitting the oil and air through a straw. The air compressor supplies injected air to atomize the oil. Garagemen tend to "forget" about tending the fire adjustments, which led to some very interesting service calls for us.
The factory techs were tops during our training & the Lancaster countryside surrounding their factory is straight out of a postcard. Total hands on with live firing, which is a departure from typical factory training sessions. You come away feeling like there's nothing about their products you can't handle.
