Black Gold waste oil heater

I have a friend in Haverhill, MA/ Plaistow, NH area who has to press the reset on his waste oil furnace. It does heat up and run for about three minutes. I will be looking at it for him this weekend. I typically don't work on these so I told him I would do what I can. If it's not one of the usual suspects for a regular oil burner or the problem isn't immediately apparent, are any of you in the area experienced with these units so that I may recommend you to him?
